The support that is provided is carefully explained to us, and the staff supply timely and clear responses to our questions. Our case manager regularly ‘checks-in’ to discuss my parent’s health and wellbeing, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and needs. Lasty, we receive via email monthly budget statements and a fortnightly schedule of services, both of which are informative and easy to understand.
