I heard about aunty grace quite a few times on the radio, when it came time to get a provider for my father I rang Aunty Grace. They got me a case worker who is amazing everything that Aunty grace has organised for dad has been fantastic. Mum is now with Aunty grace and I would not consider any other provider. Aunty Grace help and get things done quickly and with so much care. I highly recommend Aunty Grace to anyone who needs care for their family. I am extremely happy. After navigating, reading up and meeting with other Home Care providers I settled on Aunty Grace. They stood out for using normal language from my (the person on the receiving end) point of view, treated me like a person not a "patient" and were totally flexible (including on paying by invoice, not direct debit) and gave good advice on how to make the most of my Level 2 Package. Already, it has made a huge positive practical difference to my life as well as a huge morale boost. All the visiting service people and Aunty Grace staff are lovely and someone answers the phone straight away. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Aunty Grace is prompt with all the needs my mum requires during aging times. Tracey is always available and efficient in delivering caring and optimal service for mum. she always touches base to see if she needs any other help and makes sure she is keeping well and happy. Aunty Grace has helped mum feel comfortable happy and anxious free. The services have helped mum with house cleaning, gardening, aids around the house, window and gutter cleaning, physiotherapy after her hip replacement and general handyman maintenance. Our Care Manager and Service Coordinator have been extremely helpful in assisting us in receiving all the relevant information regarding what is available through our package. When we contact their head office all their staff are very friendly and if they cant give us an answer to our enquiry, they get back to us as soon as possible. We have been clients of Aunty Grace for two years and are very satisfied with the service they provide. The care plan involves first assessing our current situation and what our needs are, then devising goals and support to meet them, thereafter building a service schedule with appropriate providers (within budget limits), and subsequent ‘follow up’ contacts to ensure we are satisfied with what has been delivered. The support that is provided is carefully explained to us, and the staff supply timely and clear responses to our questions. Our case manager regularly ‘checks-in’ to discuss my parent’s health and wellbeing, and takes the time to listen to our concerns and needs. Lasty, we receive via email monthly budget statements and a fortnightly schedule of services, both of which are informative and easy to understand. I definitely recommend—and have successfully done so—Aunty Grace to anyone who is looking for a quality aged care home provider!
