Aunty Grace in Geelong

From Jenny Russell and family. My parents Jenny and Alan have Aunty Grace as their Aged Care provider. Tracy Procter is their Care Manager and the support and care provided by Tracy has been exceptional, many thanks Tracy for the support, advice and kindness in relation to Mum and Dad's care. The Aunty Grace team is also very responsive, phone calls are promptly answered and communication is great when changes are required.

My mum's care manager Trudy has more than met her expectations in providing the services she needs and following up on any issues that arise. Just what you would expect from a service provider. After navigating, reading up and meeting with other Home Care providers I settled on Aunty Grace. They stood out for using normal language from my (the person on the receiving end) point of view, treated me like a person not a "patient" and were totally flexible (including on paying by invoice, not direct debit) and gave good advice on how to make the most of my Level 2 Package. Already, it has made a huge positive practical difference to my life as well as a huge morale boost. All the visiting service people and Aunty Grace staff are lovely and someone answers the phone straight away. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

From the first interview with representatives of Aunty Grace we felt 'cared for'. You listened carefully to our needs and concerns, and helped with finding solutions. Then the processes were set up, with a 'Service Schedule arriving promptly, with the 'Financial Report' keeping us up to date on money available. We found that having a 'go to' person who knew us and was our personal support worker was a real bonus. She checks in with us on a regular basis, seeing that all is going well. As my husband's carer I personally find this support of me so lovely. Each time I have rung Aunty Grace there has alwys been a positive response.
